Research on early life stress physiology and nutrient metabolism as the building blocks for optimal mental and physical health

Brie M. Reid

I am a Developmental Psychologist and research investigator funded by a K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

My work broadly examines how our earliest experiences shape how we respond to stress, and how the physiology of stress changes how our brains and bodies manage growth, nutrition, and immunity.
